Julia Tang Peters, an executive coach, is a strategic coach for leaders who want to spend more time leading. She works with executives from the Fortune 100 to mid-market businesses to entrepreneurial organizations. Industries served include medical products and services, financial services, consumer products, professional services and technology.

Prior to focusing on leadership consulting, Julia was Managing Consultant at Hewitt Associates working with Fortune 100 companies on operationalizing leadership core competencies. She also was Chief Marketing Officer of Buzz Divine, a Divine interVentures company, helping to take the technology services company from start-up to IPO in a year. Julia gained comprehensive marketing, brand building and communications experience as Managing Director at the Leo Burnett Company and Account Director at Frankel & Company. Marketing clients included Citibank and Citicorp, Motorola, Kraft Foods, Hallmark Cards.
Her formal education includes a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Masters of Science in Psychology from Northwestern University School of Education and Social Policy, and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Family Institute. She earned a B.A. in History, Phi Beta Kappa, from Lake Forest College. Julia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Illinois. She is a Mentor for Menttium 100 and serves on advisory boards.
For recreation, Julia enjoys global travel, photography and exploring the city of Chicago where she resides.
